You can get the original release of Cap'n Magneto, a 1993 re-release compatible with the Macintosh computers of that day (up to the Quadra 850), and a QuickTime slide show of the original ShareWare ads that popped up to irritate the player every ten minutes or so until he sent in his $20.

ORIGINAL CAP'N MAGNETO
|

This is the genuine, ORIGINAL version of Cap'n Magneto, from the personal 400k floppy disk of the author's wife. This version is compatible with the original (128k) Macintosh, the Macintosh Plus, and the Macintosh SE, running any version of MacOS from 1.0 to 5 or 6. It is also somewhat compatible with the vMac emulator. About 128k.

CAP'N MAGNETO '93
|

This is a version of Cap'n Magneto that was never really released. It was updated for compatibility with the color Macintoshes in 1993, but the publisher went out of business before it was distributed. It should work with any of the 68000, 68020, 68030, and 68040 Macs, running System 6 or 7. Unfortunately, there is no speech synthesis with processors other than the original 68000. About 256k.
